Sakyong Mipha.m.Rinpoche Everyone is invited to practice shamatha, or "peaceful abiding" meditation at the Shambhala Meditation Center Of Denver. On, Sundays, we practice from 9 a.m. until noon, and on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30 until 7:30 You are invited to participate in all or part of these sessions. You can learn to meditate at our center. Instruction by authorized staff is always free of charge.
